When we decided to build our house we chose Cliff and Pete Thieneman because of their quality built homes and attention to detail. Not only is the craftsmanship of our home outstanding, Pete and Cliff were extremely friendly and attentive to our every need. Pete made sure that our home building experience was smooth and enjoyable. His constant presence at the building site ensured work was completed on time and to our satisfaction. We were impressed with all the sub contractors that work with Clifford Thieneman builders as well. We are thrilled with our new house and would definitely use Thieneman Builders again!

You did a tremendous job constructing our home, shortcuts were not taken, and through thick and thin you kept things on schedule. When we started the process of moving after being in our previous home 23 years our biggest obstacle was finding what we wanted at a price we could afford. Originally, we started looking for existing homes. After meeting Pete Thieneman we realized that we could build our custom home at a price we could afford. Pete was always at our beck and call whenever we had a question or needed help. He continued to go above and beyond. We have had several people tour our home, some of whom have building experience. They all commented on the fact that it is obvious that Pete doesn't cut corners or take short cuts especially in areas that may go unnoticed by the average person. He made the experience enjoyable and stress free.

If we ever decide to build again we will definitely hire Pete again. We are so grateful that we are able to enjoy this beautiful home with our family and friends especially during the holidays.
